ご予約は下記メールフォームよりお申し込みくださいませ。お返事は info@yumespa.jp より差し上げます。お客様の受信メールアドレスになんらかの制限や振り分けが設けられている場合もございますので、メールが到着しない場合はご確認をお願いいたします。
※お電話でのご予約は承っておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。
※当日のご予約は、予約フォームからは承っておりません。予約フォームは事前予約のみ受付可能です。当日・直前のご予約について予約フォームよりお問い合わせいただいた場合も、ご予約確定とはなりませんのでご了承ください。
※事前予約につきましても、当店から「ご予約確定メール」が届いた時点で予約確定となります。予約フォームを送信した時点では、ご予約は確定しておりません。
ご予約後は、必ず当店からの「ご予約確定メール」をご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。

※ Same-day reservations cannot be made through our reservation form. The reservation form is for advance bookings only. Please note that inquiries submitted through the reservation form for same-day or last-minute appointments will not be considered confirmed reservations.
※ For advance bookings, your reservation is confirmed only after you receive a “Reservation Confirmation Email” from us. Submitting the reservation form does not mean that your reservation has been confirmed.
